Poker Nails 1

Hello Sweet Readers!
I have for you today a poker nails. i have been thinking about this manicure for a while, and finaly get a chance to make it.
OMG - doing nails is like meditation for me, it is super relaxing and really helps to calm down, recharge and relief stress. And its not even about the result, it is about the process.
i mean i probably would not go to school with nails like this, but isn't it nice and cool to make it and take a pictures :)
And by the way, i used holiday and Halloween collections from color club for this manicure. I love blacks and wites from Color Club, and this red glitter was jsut made for a mani like this.
Oh, and stay tuned, because tomorrow i am gpoing to publish a "Mild "version of Poker Nails :)

Bridal nails - pink confetti glitter tips with french laces & crystals

Did 2 sets of bridal nails with french laces and here's 1 of them! Will post another one in the next few posts.


Customer wanted laces and crystals on her nails.. and this is what I did for her. (this design is inspired by Nail Venus, and the original design has french and pink glitter tips with laces and pearls)


Took a pic in this angle so you guys can see the pink confetti glitter. This will match her hot pink tube gown perfectly! We love it!

"Tinkerbell's bath " Called by super creative Amabile!

Hey Ladies (and possibly gentlemen ^_^)
he picture s alittle flashed, but in fact this color combination looks very cool, and stamped bubles are really visible.
The only problem is that neither me nor my husby can come up with the ame for this manicure, so i decided ask for help my dear readers. Please let me know in comments how would you call this manicure. The best name wil replace a title of this post. Thanks for help, and i hope you like this manicure.

BUTTERFLY FADE

This is a fade that I did with hot kiss near the tip of the nail and plum loco near the smile line. I added clay butterflies that I purchased from carolynsclaycreations.com. I also added blue dots with polish.

PINK AND BROWN

On these nails I first applied the barbie pink acrylic and pulled pink. Then I took my carbide drill bit and made a straight line across the top of the nails without drilling all the way through. I put chocolate brown acrylic in the area I drilled out. Then I did the filing and finished with a gel top coat. Just for some extra fun I did the opposite color scheme on the ring finger.

FALL LEAF

This is a fimo clay leaf that I purchased from kennickkreations.com. I placed the leaves on the ring fingers. You can see them better if you click directly on the picture. The color of acrylic is one that I mixed myself. I really like this color for fall.

WATERMELON SLICES

These are fimo clay watermelons that I purchased from oaktreedollhouseminiatures.com First I place a thin layer of acrylic then while it's still slightly wet I put the piece of clay on. Then I cap over that with clear acrylic. The green is called key lime. I added dots with polish. All of my nails are acrylic with a gel top coat.

Black and pink nails with ribbons!

A design from Nail Max. It's her idea to add some pink lines (I know it looks slightly purple) and that totally brings out the design. Loving the cute pearl pink ribbons! The thumb also has the ribbon.


And once again, the close up! The pastel pink pearl ribbon really got to me. So girly and cute!


This is another design from Nail Max and instead of the baby pink n white stripes, customer wanted it in pink and black. I added silver to it so it doesn't look so harsh. There's also hand painted black lace along the french line.


This is also a really cute set which I like!

Someone help me do my nails please!! They are so hideous looking now.
